My poor little car...

So that's what kind of a car I own, a green 2006 Ford Focus.

I must say, I love my car. I actually think I love my car more than anything in life, well besides Jesus and my mommy.

I've had it almost two years and the more I see the miles add up on him, the more I get depressed. So I decided to quit resetting my trip odometer and to just quit looking at the miles all together.

You see, when I got my car, he only had 15,552 miles on him.

Today he has 45,537.

Which means, I've put 29,985 miles on my car. in. two. years. Which I try to justify driving almost 15,000 miles/year by saying I live two states away and I live about 10 miles from campus and my grandma, who I visit almost everyday while at home lives about 15 miles away, my church is 15 miles away... so it adds up.

When I was thinking about it I was wondering how many hours I have spent driving in my car over the last two years. So I figured out, if I drove 29,985 miles, continuously at 60 miles per hour how long it would be.

Basically, I've spent a total of 499.75 hours driving in my car.

That's 20.8 days of driving.
