Uncanny resemblance? EXACTLY what I was thinking.
As I was looking through the graduation pictures on the Lee Clarion Facebook page, I couldn't quit thinking about what it would be like to see Dr. Conn freestyle and bust-a-move.
The moment I saw ol' Dr. Conn in his commencement regalia, he reminded me of a contestant on the VH1's "White Rapper Show."
The Lee University seal, made into a giant charm, is apparently something that only the president of the university gets the privilege of wearing around his neck.
Obviously, as you can tell from the above picture, it would be difficult to pick Conn out of a crowd of white rappers, he blends in so well. He could be living a double- president of Lee and famous rapper- life, and he plays the rolls so well that we would never know.
The Lee Clarion recently received a submission of a rap written as a tribute to Dr. Conn. The original can be viewed on the Larger to Life blog, here.
I've taken a chuck out of my day putting the Lee Clarion rap to pictures of Dr. Conn with his new over sized rapper chain at graduation.
Do you think Dr. Conn would be a good rapper.. I mean he has, what like 12 degrees, he can obviously do ANYTHING, including rap.
